* Update: 12/07 EMAIL is *not* a reliable way to contact me. Not only there is
small but increasing chance of loosing legitimate inbound emails to spam
filters but our outbound emails sometimes don't make it due to tinkering with
SMTP servers that ISPs do. As always, if you have not heard from me: please
call and leave message. 

* For majority of my email, I make an attempt to respond, or acknowledge 
immediately (so that I do not have to revisit the same email again.)  

* We also have an aggressive junk mail filter that once in a while sweeps 
legitimate messages. If you have not heard from me in a month, it is unlikely 
you will hear from me, more likely the message has been junked inadvertently.  
If you have something important or urgent, please call me.

You can get an estimate of the response time on *action items* embedded in 
your email by dividing the number of #EmailTBD by an average (over last 3 
years) throughput of 19 messages per day. Your mileage may vary.
