Academic Personnel Specialist
Analysis and administration for academic affairs and personnel for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Department includes approximately 80 academic personnel (faculty, lecturers and researchers). Activities include independent responsibility for: management of academic personnel; new appointments, hiring, merit and promotion files of all academic employees; grievance/disciplinary actions; formation and/or submission of policy exceptions; responsible for PPS data entry for all academic appointees. Coordinate the appointment, enrollment, reappointment and advancement of postgraduates, researchers, postdoctoral fellows and visiting scholars.
