This policy describes the services and charges associated with computing support in the UCSD Computer Science and Engineering department. Computing support is provided to help users get set up with their computing needs, maintain a smoothly running infrastructure to allow for education and research, to help with day to day computing issues and to help with special needs that arise.

Adjustment of Charges
All charges will be reviewed on an annual basis. Charges will be revised, upward or downward, based current labor costs and other costs of services in relation to the budget required to provide the services outlined in the Computer Science and Engineering Department Computer Support Recharge Policy.

Adjustment of Policy
This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis and adjusted as necessary to cover situations that have come up during the prior year that are not adequately covered or explained in the text of the policy.
