Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Have completed a minimum of 90 units.

Be a registered UCSD undergraduate student with fees paid.

Have completed or be concurrently enrolled in CSE 195 (tutor training; 4 units pass/no pass).

Have you worked for the CSE department before as a tutor or reader (circle/check one)?	yes
If "no", then you must enroll in cse 195.	no
